Description

As with any estate planning document, a revocable living trust needs to be reviewed and kept current.  A good trust review will remind the client to consider changes in the client’s life, as well as changes to the law.  Other issues to consider are whether the trust was funded correctly, and if new assets have been funded into the trust.  Finally, a trust review can shed light on whether the trust utilizes the most up-to-date drafting techniques to make the trust more ‘user friendly’.
